Fried Seaweed with Garlic

Fresh seaweed.

First remove the flowers and leaves, and use a knife to remove the old stems of the vegetable stalks.

Soak the processed laver moss in clean water for five minutes.

Wash and drain the water.
5.
The garlic is smashed.
6.
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté.
7.
Pour in the cauliflower and stir fry for a minute or two.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of salt, stir fry for about a minute and turn off the heat.
