Fried Shrimp
1.
Remove the head of the green prawns, peel off the skin (the tail is not peeled, the calcium supplement is good), open the back of the shrimp with a knife, pull out the shrimp intestines, and clean it.
2.
Marinate the shrimp with appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, cooking wine, green onions, and ginger for 15 minutes.
3.
Beat an egg white in a small bowl, add a small amount of water and salt, beat well with chopsticks, add the flour starch 1:1 to the bowl, and adjust to a starch paste (don't get thinner).
4.
Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the wok and cook until it is eight minutes hot. Pinch the shrimp tails with your hands, and spread the starch paste evenly.
5.
Put the dried shrimp into a frying pan and fry until golden (the fire should not be too high, otherwise the color will be affected).
6.
The prawns are served with tomato sauce, which is delicious and the children’s favorite.
