I personally like to eat shrimp, and I often make shrimp. I bought some horseshoes and used horseshoes to fry the shrimp balls. The horseshoes are crispy and the shrimp balls are delicious. Greasy, supplemented by vegetables, the nutrition is more comprehensive, and the color is also beautiful, and it will be highly praised when it is used for banquets during festive seasons! "

Fried Shrimp Balls

1. Horseshoe wash

2. Peel and cut four pieces of pellets to serve with shrimp balls

3. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers in half, and cut the okra into small sections for later use

4. After the prawn meat is removed from the shrimp thread, add pepper, rice wine and 1g of salt, and mix well.

5. Add a little dry starch and mix well, and finally add a little oil and mix well. The shrimp meat will not stick when you add some oil to stir fry

6. Stir-fry fragrant ginger and garlic in hot pot with cold oil

7. Add the shrimp meat and stir fry, do not rush to turn the shrimp meat after putting it in, turn it over after the strips have changed color and set, so that it will not stick to the pan

8. Stir-fry and then shape and become discolored

9. Use the bottom oil in the pan to fry the water chestnuts, stir fry for about one minute on medium heat

10. Add bell peppers and okra

11. Season with salt and sugar and stir fry for about 20 seconds

12. Pour in the fried shrimp balls

13. Stir fry for about 20 seconds to get out of the pot

Tips:

Control the time when you stir fry the prawns. Normally, it takes 30-40 seconds if the fire is high. Don’t over-fry the prawns.
