Fried Shrimp Crackers of The Same Year

Boil the oil pan to 80% heat.

Shrimp crackers, purchased in large supermarkets.

Boil the oil to 80% hot, (preferably throw in one shrimp slice at a time.) Flip it with chopsticks from time to time.

Put the prawn slices into the oil pan, it will swell immediately, fully stretched out and immediately set it up with chopsticks, drain the excess oil.
