4.
Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

6.
Stir the batter evenly with a spoon, without lumps.
7.
Put the marinated shrimp into the batter and coat the batter evenly.
8.
Use a bamboo stick to pick up the battered shrimp, and put it into the pan when the oil is 70% to 80% hot.
9.
Use bamboo sticks to fry the shrimps one by one in a frying pan.
10.
Fry on low heat for about 5 minutes, and the brown is ready to pour the oil out of the pan.
11.
Put the fried shrimp on the absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
12.
You can also prepare some prawn crackers, which are very good with them.
13.
Pour oil into the pot and heat to 70% to 80% hot. Put the shrimp chips in first, expand them and then pour them out.
14.
Put the oiled shrimps on the plate, top with shrimp chips, and some salad dressing, which is a very good way to eat.
Tips:
1. The ratio of fried shrimp tempura to water is slightly higher than that of other foods. If it is sticky, it is easier to hang on the shrimp. 2. Using a bamboo stick is to avoid using chopsticks to pinch some chopstick marks and destroy the uniform appearance of the shrimp. This problem is solved perfectly with bamboo sticks.
