Fried Small Hairtail

Cut the hairtail into small sections after washing and controlling the water.

Cut the red 99 bottom material into small pieces.
3.
Pickled peppers, soaked ginger and minced.

Cut the green onion into sections and mince the garlic.

Put the oil in a pot to heat up, add the red 99 hot pot seasoning, pickled peppers, pickled ginger and garlic to fragrant.

Stir-fry the octopus and a small amount of pepper, add some cooking wine and soy sauce in the middle.

Tips:
