Fried Small Hairtail

Wash and cut the octopus, add cooking wine, sugar, pepper, ginger and minced garlic, marinate for about 2 hours

Add flour to an egg, then slowly add water, use chopsticks to pick and mix into a thick paste, do not stir hard, otherwise the octopus will not hold

Before adding the octopus, add about one gram of baking powder and mix well, then add the octopus and stir

Slowly slide the octopus into the frying pan after heating, and fry on both sides over medium and low heat until tender and pick up.

Heat the oil pan again, pour the hairtail into the fire and fry again, until both sides are golden brown and pick up the dry oil
6.
Dip it in soy sauce vinegar, it's delicious.
