Fried Small River Prawns

Fresh small river prawns, preferably all live
2.
Rinse repeatedly with clean water to control the moisture
3.
Warm the pan with cold oil, use chopsticks to test the oil temperature, put the chopsticks in and immediately bubbling around
4.
Add the river prawns, stir twice and turn off the heat immediately
5.
Sprinkle with a little salt and mix well
Tips:
1: The river prawns must be dried before being cooked, otherwise they will be splashed by the oil.
2: The frying time should not be too long, otherwise the nutrition will be lost.
