Fried Small River Prawns

Clean the small river prawns and control the moisture.

Add salt and cooking wine, stir evenly, and marinate for a while.

Add flour, starch, salt and pepper, and stir until each small river prawn is evenly coated with flour.
4.
Pour edible oil into the pot and heat until 70% to 80% hot, add small river prawns in portions, and fry on medium-high heat until golden and crisp.
5.
Remove and control oil.
