Fried Small River Prawns
1.
Wash the shrimp to remove the shrimp, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate for ten minutes.
2.
Sprinkle dry flour on the marinated shrimp and mix well. Coat each shrimp and just stick it slightly. Don't be too dry, too much dry flour will make it sticky.
3.
Add a proper amount of oil to the pot to heat up, insert the chopsticks into the oil to bubble, and then add the river prawns to fry. Use the chopsticks to loosen the sticks together. It can be deep-fried and crispy in minutes, no need to re-fry. Pay attention to the medium-heat fry, not low fire, too slow fire will absorb grease, and the prawns will taste very oily.
4.
It was served, crispy and delicious.
