Fried Snails
1.
Once you buy the snails, rinse them with water, then soak them in a basin, sprinkle a little bit of salt and oil (it has the effect of letting the dirt in the snails come out), and soak them as much as possible (more than one hour). Use the time to soak the snails to prepare the ingredients and other dishes first
2.
Add appropriate sugar, chili sauce, and soy sauce to the bean paste, stir and set aside for later use
3.
Before cooking, pour into the drain basket, add salt and rinse
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, turn on a low fire, pour the ingredients when it is a little smokey, and stir fry for a fragrance
5.
Pour the snails, turn to high heat, and stir fry more
6.
Add some old wine and stir fry a few times
7.
Pour in the stirred bean paste
8.
Stir fry evenly
9.
Pour a glass of cold water until the juice is collected
10.

12.
Turn off the heat, serve the plate, and serve; wash your hands and start the meal.
