Fried Steak

The thick one is the steak, the thin one is the beef slice~

Steak should be marinated with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper on both sides.

The pot should be left empty for 1 minute in advance to keep the pot hot enough. When the marinated beef is put on top, it will make a sizzling sound. Fry for 1 minute on each side.

Cook the steak, cut into chunks, and serve with black pepper sauce.
