Fried Stew
1.
Wash the stew and pepper.

Cut the pepper into pieces.
3.
Cut the stew into slightly thicker slices.
4.
Pick up the frying pan, put the peppers in the pan and serve them out.

Raise the frying pan again, stir the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fry with bean paste.

Stir-fry the bean paste with red oil, and stir-fry the stew.

Stir-fry until the stew is soft, add chili and stir-fry.

Stir-fry with salt.

Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. The stew can be fried first and then fried.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
3. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
