Braised Ribs

Wash the ribs and let them go in a pot under cold water (Put a few slices of ginger and pour a little cooking wine)

Take a chance and fish out for use

Make good stew ingredients, with ginger slices, green onions and pepper stew ingredients

Pour an appropriate amount of oil, add some rock sugar, and fry until the oil is bubbling. Pour the meat and stir fry for color

After the stir-fry, add the fried meat and continue to stir-fry with the dark soy sauce. After cooking for a while, add water and finally pour into the pressure cooker and simmer for 30 minutes. (Adjust the flavor before cooking)

Cover the lid and start cooking
