Fried Stuffed Okra

Wash the bought okra

After cutting off the head and tail, cut in half and remove the seeds inside

Take a pot and add shrimp paste and pork puree

Add the cooking wine, salt and pepper and stir evenly into the shrimp filling

Stuff the shrimp stuffing into the okra

This is a finished semi-finished product

Coat the shrimp stuffed side with a thin layer of cornstarch

Add a little salad oil to the pan

Fry slowly over low heat until golden brown and remove

Tips:
Don’t make the shrimp filling too salty, because the oyster sauce and light soy sauce are added at the end.
