Fried Thousands of Pickled Radish

Shred the radish and thousand sheets

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the pot (you can pour one-third more oil than usual for cooking), pour the oil into the shredded radish and stir fry a few times, then pour in thousands of shreds and stir for a few minutes

Pour a little soy sauce before the vegetables are out of the pot, and add an appropriate amount of garlic leaves

Stir fry a few times and get out of the pot. Since it is a pickled radish, it is very salty and fresh, so basically no other seasonings are added, just a proper amount of soy sauce for color and fragrance.
Tips:
Thousand sheets should be finely shredded, and rapeseed oil is best
