Fried Toon Fish

Wash the toon, and cut off the old root.

Boil it in boiling water until the color turns dark green and remove it.
3.
Squeeze out the water after passing cold water.
4.
Add flour and water to make a paste, then add an egg, and mix into a slightly thick batter.
5.
Toon buds are hung with paste.
6.
Deep fried into golden brown.
Tips:
Toon must be blanched first, which is not only healthier but also softer.
