Udon, one of the three major noodles in Japan, has a texture between rice noodles and sliced noodles. It is very chewy and one of our favorite noodles. When you want to be lazy, use the vegetables you have at home and stir it in the pot. Stir-fry is very popular. The staple food and vegetables are available, and the nutrition is not bad. You can eat the plate clean every time.

Ingredients

1. Wash the beef and cut into shreds; add starch and light soy sauce, pick it up with your hands, and marinate for 15 minutes; shred the onions, mushrooms and red peppers separately

2. Cut green onion into long pieces, shred ginger, and slice garlic for later use; take out the udon noodles and set aside; heat oil in a pan (the oil temperature should not be too high), add ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant

3. Then add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry; add the marinated beef shreds and stir fry evenly; after the beef fry changes color, add soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry evenly

4. Add udon noodles and stir fry evenly; add red pepper shreds

5. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly; add green onions before serving
