Fried Udon Noodles with Beef

Wash the beef and cut into shreds; add starch and light soy sauce, pick it up with your hands, and marinate for 15 minutes; shred the onions, mushrooms and red peppers separately

Cut green onion into long pieces, shred ginger, and slice garlic for later use; take out the udon noodles and set aside; heat oil in a pan (the oil temperature should not be too high), add ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant

Then add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry; add the marinated beef shreds and stir fry evenly; after the beef fry changes color, add soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry evenly

Add udon noodles and stir fry evenly; add red pepper shreds

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly; add green onions before serving
