Fried Udon Noodles with Shrimp

Prepare udon noodles and fresh shrimp

Prepare snow peas, red pepper, yellow pepper, bacon, and mix the bacon with soy sauce

Prepare the ingredients, peel the shrimp, remove the gut, and marinate for a while with salt, pepper, and cooking wine

Rinse snow peas and bell peppers and cut into pieces

Boil water in a pot and add udon noodles

Break up the noodles, blanch for 1-2 minutes, pour out and rinse with cold water

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, sauté the bacon slices and fresh shrimp, add the vegetables and stir-fry until cooked

Add udon noodles and stir fry, then add soy sauce. You can add salt according to personal taste. I didn't add salt myself. Finally, just add a small amount of sesame oil before serving
