Fried Udon with Black Pepper and Shrimp

Black pepper sauce, crushed black pepper, salt, light soy sauce to make a sauce

Boil the udon noodles with water

Marinate the shrimp with black pepper, cooking wine and starch for 15 minutes

Prepare carrots and cabbage

Pour the shrimp head into the pot and boil it into shrimp oil

Add udon noodles and stir fry

Tips:
1. The sauce is adjusted in advance, it will be more convenient when cooking;
2. The udon noodles I use are vacuum-packed, so it’s better to fry the udon first. If you use fresh, you can cook it directly.
