Fried Wonton with Egg

Prepare wontons

Hot oil pan, add wontons and fry
3.
Fry until the bottom of the wonton is slightly yellow
4.
Add a bowl of water, about 1/3 of the wontons are submerged, cover and cook, using medium and low heat
5.
Beat eggs, add salt, cooking wine, green onions and mix well
6.
The water boils dry, there is a sizzling sound, and the eggs are poured along the side of the pot
7.
The eggs are cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onions

Use medium and small fire for the whole process
