Weigh the glutinous rice flour, soft white sugar and baking soda and mix well.

Slowly add water to mix the noodles.

Divide the dough of the same size, mine is about 30 grams per dough.

Coat evenly in white sesame seeds.

When the oil in the pot is hot, put the sesame-stuffed hemp dough into the oil pot and fry it over low heat. It is best to wrap one in a frying pan, otherwise the dough will slowly spread out into a cake shape.

It's almost the same when it is fried until it expands.
Tips:
You must have the patience to make a small fire! When frying, roll more to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
