Fried Yam, Fungus and Carrot

1. Iron sticks, yam, carrots, peeled, washed and cut into slices.

2. Cut the pork belly into slices.

3. Wash the black fungus with soaking hair and blanch it for later use.

4. Heat oil in a pan and add the pork slices and stir fry.

5. Add yam carrots and stir fry for a while.

6. Add black fungus and continue to stir fry.

7. Add Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

8. After cooking, add salt and mix thoroughly.
