I bought it a while ago and have been frozen in the refrigerator. This Lantern Festival was made by hand by an old lady of ours. My colleague said it was delicious, and I also bought a bag of five-ren filling. This season the old woman has stopped doing it.

The oil in the pot is heated to 30-40% hot, and the frozen Lantern Festival is placed directly in the pot and fried on a medium-to-small fire.

During this period, you can use chopsticks to flip the Lantern Festival so that all sides are heated and colored evenly.

During the frying process, the Lantern Festival will swell and float. Looking at the picture, the Lantern Festival is no longer round and weird. Fortunately, the filling did not leak out. It will be cooked until the Lantern Festival is golden and floating.

Take it out and use kitchen paper to absorb excess grease. The filling is very fragrant, but I don't like the green and red silk in it. The glutinous rice flour is not pure enough and it is not particularly glutinous to eat. It should be part of the rice flour added. Overall it's not bad, but to be honest, it's not as delicious as I pack it myself😄.
Tips:
My own bag will not be strangely shaped and burst, but it is basically round. I think the serious deformation is due to the air in the Lantern Festival package.
