Frozen Tofu with Cabbage Casserole

1. Ingredients: ribs, frozen tofu, Chinese cabbage, vermicelli

2. Knotted chives and sliced ginger for later use

3. Put the ribs in a boiling pot and boil, skim off the blood

4. Take out the blanched ribs and wash off the foam on the ribs with warm water.

Tips:

You can make this dish with ordinary tofu without freezing tofu, and it tastes equally delicious.
Soak the frozen tofu with water to thaw. Put the frozen tofu in the pot and don't turn it, so as not to break the tofu.
