Fruit and vegetable salad is my favorite dish. It is low-fat and healthy. It is very suitable for weight loss. You can put whatever ingredients you like. A simple and casual life is a happy life.

Fruit and Vegetable Salad

1. Wash the round lettuce and break off the small pieces.

2. Wash the radish and cut into thin slices.

3. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.

4. Wash the small tomatoes and cut in half.

5. Boiled eggs, cut into small pieces.

6. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

7. Almonds are set aside.

8. Mix all the ingredients, sprinkle some black sesame seeds, squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing and serve.
