Fruit and Vegetable Salad: A New Day for Vitality Breakfast

Prepare your favorite fruits and vegetables.

Remove old leaves of lettuce, wash, and soak in salted water for 10 minutes.

Cut the purple cabbage into filaments, wash, and soak in salted water for 10 minutes.
4.
Wash the cucumber, peel, dice, and soak in salted water for 10 minutes.
5.
Wash the peaches, peel them, dice them, and soak them in salted water for 10 minutes.
6.
Wash the raisins with cold boiled water.
7.
Drain the lettuce.
8.
Drain the purple cabbage.
9.
Drain the cucumber.
10.
Drain the peaches.
11.
Put lettuce, purple cabbage, cucumber, peaches and raisins in a cooking bowl.
12.
When eating, take appropriate amount of fruits and vegetables, add Thousand Island sauce and mix well.
Tips:
I prefer Thousand Island Dressing. I don’t think the salad dressing is greasy. Those who don’t like Thousand Island Dressing can add other sauces.
