I haven't eaten kudzu root powder for a long time. Why doesn't it seem to be this gray in my impression?
The easiest way to eat Pueraria lobata powder is to mix it into a soup, which is prepared by boiling water. If the water temperature is not enough to turn the kudzu paste into a translucent look, use a pot or microwave to cook it. The pure soup is too monotonous. Add some fruit materials, dried fruits and nuts, and what is there for it, it seems to be enriched all at once. It's just that the color of Pueraria lobata seems too dull and doesn't look fresh enough. . . . "
