Fruit Birthday Cake

Whip the cream across the ice water

Make an 8-inch chiffon cake, then cut into 3 slices and smeared with thin cream (forgot to take pictures, for the first time, it was a little messy, hehehe)

Add the mango cubes and then add the cream

Add the third layer of cream and fruit like the first time

Cover the last layer of cake and then spread the cream

Spread the whole cake with cream. Since I don’t have a cake turntable, it looks a bit ugly, please ignore it, hahaha

Finally, decorate with fruit and decorate the surroundings with wafers. After finishing the work, I originally made mango cakes. In the end, because the mangoes were not ripe, I could only use raisins and small tomatoes at home instead. .
Tips:
1. I am afraid of being fatty, so I will use a lot less cream. I like more cream and add the right amount according to my preference.
