Fruit Dumpling Soup

Wash apples and pears.

Peel the apples and pears, peel them and cut into small pieces, add water to the boiling pot, add the apples and pears to a boil, cook for 5 minutes to soften.

Add glutinous rice balls and cook.

The glutinous rice balls are cooked and blended with lotus root starch (or water starch). Bring to a boil again.
