Fruit Jelly

This is homemade apricot jam

20g granulated sugar mixed with apple gum

Take it out and use a thermometer to measure above 40 degrees

Heat to a stable temperature above 80 degrees, pour corn syrup and stir evenly

Then put it in the microwave and heat it for 30 seconds, take it out and add 50 grams of sugar and stir evenly

Then it was heated to 106 degrees in a microwave oven. I divided it into N times for 30 seconds each time until it was heated to 106 degrees, and then poured the citric acid mixed water.

Tips:
Because my jam has already been boiled with sugar, so cut off some sugar! If you are using fruit puree, add some sugar!
