Fruity Tricolor Yam

Prepare ingredients: yam, honey, apple, apricot jam, strawberry jam, blueberry jam

Wash the yam, cut into sections, and peel off in water (this will prevent oxidation and irritation of itchy hands)

Steam the peeled yam in a steamer

Peel the apple and cut into pieces at will

Apples, honey, mineral water or cold boiled together into juice

Dilute the blueberry jam with some warm water and sugar, and dilute the apricot jam and strawberry jam in the same way

The steamed yam is ground into a mud while it is hot

Pour the apple honey juice and stir well

Make the yam puree into any shape you like, and just drizzle it with three kinds of jams.
Tips:
1. Peeling yam in water can prevent oxidation and itchy hands
2. Kewpie jam is very thick, so it should be diluted with water.
3. The honey in the juice and the sugar in the jam can be added according to your own taste
