Oatmeal and fruit are the first choice for breakfast in summer. Add a handful of nuts and you will have all the nutrition for a day.

Ingredients

Fruit Oatmeal

1. The milk is heated.

2. Pour into instant oatmeal and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. Take part of the oatmeal and add it to the apricots, then add the yogurt, and stir to form a paste.

4. Spread the milk oatmeal in the pan, leaving some blanks in the middle.

5. It is surrounded by cherries, cucumbers, almonds, dried blueberries and dried cranberries.

6. Fill the apricot yogurt paste in the center.
