Fruit Pudding
1.
The oranges are removed and peeled. Remove the orange flesh along the orange clothing.
2.
Cut banana, dragon fruit, kiwi fruit into small pieces, sprinkle with 10 grams of sugar, and pickle. You can also add a little white wine to enhance the flavor.
3.
Add 300ml of water and 30g of sugar to the small pot and put it on the battery stove to heat. When the water temperature comes up, slowly add 15 grams of agar powder while stirring. Don't let the agar powder clump.
4.
Pour half of the boiled sugar water into the container while it is hot. Then top up the pickled fruit, then add the boiled sugar water, and fill the container. This process needs to be fast.
5.
Keep it in the refrigerator, after cooling, ready to eat
Tips:
When boiling the sugar water, the agar powder should be added slowly and constantly stirred to prevent clumping.
Add the boiled sugar water to the container first, and then add the fruit. Because the syrup made from agar-agar is easy to solidify, the order is reversed. When the syrup meets the temperature of the fruit and solidifies, the air at the bottom of the container is not clean, and the pudding is made with bubbles.
Do not use the moisture from pickled fruits.
