500g beef shank meat / 1 apple accessory: 10g without added soy sauce / 6g soy sauce / appropriate amount of salt / ginger slices and green onions and above ingredients only represent the amount of production and not the baby's meal consumption

Add no added soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and appropriate amount of salt to the beef, and massage it for 2 minutes.
*The dark soy sauce is for coloring, so you don’t need to add it if you don’t care about the color.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 1 hour.

Peel the apple, cut into small pieces and set aside.
*If you are afraid that the apple will change color due to oxidation, you can soak it in light salt water or lemon water to prevent it from turning black.

After the beef is marinated, put it in the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil, skim the surface foam, add green onion and ginger slices.

Finally add the apple cubes, cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 90 minutes.

Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 3 hours.
*The reason why we have to simmer for so long is to fully taste the taste, otherwise only the surface will taste, and the meat inside will be too weak to eat.
*Sisters who are short on time, I suggest you make it at night, so that after the stew, turn off the heat and simmer for one night, the next day you can eat it directly, it will be softer and more delicious.
