Winter melon is cold in nature and sweet in taste, clearing away heat and producing body fluid, and relieves troubles in summer. It is especially suitable for taking in summer.

Fruity Winter Melon Steak

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Peel the winter melon and slice it into thin slices. Take the orange and cut the meat into juice with a food processor.

3. Beat the eggs with salt into egg liquid, prepare flour

4. Dip the winter melon slices with egg mixture

5. Dip with flour

6. Heat the oil, add winter melon slices and fry until golden brown

7. Fry them one by one, scoop up and drain the excess oil

8. Place the fried winter melon slices on the plate

9. Pour the juice with a little salt into the pot and boil

10. Pour the boiled juice on the winter melon slices and sprinkle with chocolate needles.

Tips:
