Fuding Meat Slices

Use a meat grinder to stir the pork ham meat into a puree. The ratio of the pork to the flour is 1:0.7. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, and prepare to cook. (But I felt too troublesome, so I went to Hyang to buy meat slices).

Boil water in a pot, boil the water, and boil the meat piece by piece.

Tips:
Pork hind legs add a little more meat to make it more fragrant.
