Fun Duo Duo Biscuits

The butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat until the butter is fluffy and whitish in color

Add the egg liquid in 3 times, whipping each time until the egg liquid is completely absorbed before adding the next time to prevent oil and water from separating.

Beat the butter until it is completely fluffy and white. Sift in cocoa powder, low-gluten flour, soda powder and baking powder

Put on disposable gloves and knead the batter into a ball, press flat and add 70g chocolate beans, knead it into a dough by hand

Divide the dough equally into 20g/piece, knead into a round and press flat

Place them neatly on the baking tray and press the chocolate beans

Put it in the preheated oven, preheat at 170°C for 5 minutes, put it in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
1. Cocoa powder is recommended to use sugar, because biscuits made from unsweetened cocoa powder will be bitter.
2. Use high-temperature cocoa beans, otherwise the baking process will melt and affect the appearance.
3. Do not put the cocoa beans directly on top of the biscuits, but gently press them down to prevent them from becoming bigger and falling out during baking.
