Garlic Bean Tendon

First cut the side dishes, chop the Chaotian pepper, cut the red pepper diagonally, and mince the garlic

Put oil in the pan to heat up, pour the bean tendons into the pan and fry

The bean tendon itself is dry. Soak it in water until it swells and then wash it off. Then the bean tendon is absorbed by the raw water. So the first step is to stir-fry the raw water until it reaches this level.

Then add some oil to the pot, pour the chili and garlic and stir fragrant

Then pour the bean tendon down

Add a pinch of salt and the appropriate amount of braised soy sauce
