1. Ingredients: Xiuzhen mushroom (washed), bean tendon (soaked), shredded mustard tuber

2. Pour oil in a saucepan to heat up, add Xiuzhen mushrooms and stir fry.

3. Then, combine the soaked bean tendons and mustard shreds and stir fry.
