Stir-fried Bean Tendons with Green Peppers and Carrots

Ingredients: green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), carrots (washed, peeled and sliced), bean tendons (soaked).

Put the carrots in a pot of water and blanch for 2-3 minutes to remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the green peppers and stir fry until they are broken.

Next, add the bean tendons and blanched carrots and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry well and serve.
