Garlic Boiled Pomfret

Remove the gills, belly and wash the pomfret.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put ginger and green onions, boil, and put down the pomfret.

Add cooking wine and cook on high heat for 4 minutes.

Turn it over, simmer for 2 minutes on low heat, remove and put on a large plate.
5.
Top with steamed fish soy sauce.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and minced garlic.
7.
Just add hot oil.
