The terrace at home is my favorite place to go, there are always many flowers blooming throughout the year. Look, Hydrangea, Begonia, and Double Happiness are vying to each other---fiddling with dishes among the flowers, I don’t feel tired anymore.
The red and bright pickled peppers are full of umami in the spicy flavor. The addition of pickled ginger adds a layer of spiciness, which removes the fishy and enhances the flavor, giving the tender fish an endless aftertaste.

Steamed Pomfret with Pickled Peppers

1. Prepare the required ingredients;

2. Cut the ginger onion into small pieces and mince, cut the ginger into slices and shreds, and cut the garlic into mince for use;

3. Cut the pickled ginger into pieces and pour in the pickled peppers, mix well, and pour the marinade of the pickled ginger too;

4. After the pomfret is cleaned, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and wipe it evenly;

5. Then put three slices of ginger on the plate, and then put the pomfret;

6. Add pickled pepper and pickled ginger in turn; pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vegetable oil;

7. Put it in the whole box, select the steamed fish mode, steam for 12 minutes at 85 degrees; sprinkle with chopped garlic and chopped green onion after the pan, and just add hot oil

Tips:

Judge the steaming time according to the size of the fish. Don't put too much salt in the steamed sea fish.
