Steamed Fish

Wash the pomfret and use a knife on the back; cut the green onion into sections, shred the ginger, and dice the red sweet pepper. It is used for color matching.

Put the top and bottom of the pomfret spread with ginger and green onion, stuff a little into the belly, and pour a little cooking wine; boil water in the pot, steam over high fire for 5 or 7 minutes after the water is boiled, and then suffocate for 5 minutes

After steaming, pour out the remaining soup, remove the green onion knots and ginger; top with light soy sauce, sprinkle with red sweet pepper

Pour oil into the pot, heat up and smoke, and pour it on the pomfret
Tips:
Diced red bell peppers are used for color matching, so don’t add them.
