Tips:
The duck kidney must be flying water to remove the fishy smell. Don't let the dull time be too long, too long will make the duck kidney lose its taste. You can mix duck kidneys according to your own taste, put some chili or something, as you like.
If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can cook it in a pot, but it will take a little longer.
