Garlic Purslane

A small handful of purslane, wash
2.
After the water is boiled, pour the purslane in and boil it
3.
Take it out and wash away the mucus in clean water
4.
Cut the washed purslane into sections and put them in a bowl
5.
Cut the garlic into minced garlic and put it on the purslane
6.
Pour a little salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil into the sauce
7.
Mix well and serve
