Garlic shredded cabbage is a frequent visitor at my table. It is refreshing and served with rice. Add some fragrant dried and ham to stir-fry and taste richer. "

Garlic Shredded Cabbage

1. Remove the thick stems of cabbage, tear it into pieces by hand, rinse with light salt water, and drain for later use

2. Sliced dried fragrant, sliced ham, and cut garlic into small cubes

3. Some oil under the hot pan

4. Pour the cabbage and stir fry over high heat

5. Until the leaves shrink and become soft, drain them for later use

6. Leave oil on the bottom of the pot, pour in dried chilies and sauté

Tips:

1. Do not fry the dried chilies when they are fragrant.

2. Stir fry the whole process, the speed should be fast.
