Garlic Stalk Twice Cooked Pork

Wash the pork belly with skin and clean the hair on it. Pot of cold water. Add water and cooking wine. Green onion leaves, ginger slices and peppercorns. Cook without covering the pot. Boil until half cooked, cool and set aside.
