Garlic Tofu Shreds

Tofu slices.

Shred.
3.
Sprinkle salt on the shredded tofu to taste.

Cut some green onions, ginger, garlic, and chili.

Add sesame oil, light soy sauce, and seasoning to a bowl with fresh synthetic sauce.

Pour in the marinated water and put it on a plate, then drizzle with the juice.

Drizzle with chili oil.

Then pour in the mixed garlic sauce.

Serve with garlic and tofu shreds.
