Sauce Stew Pot-rich Flavor

1. Remove the shrimp silk and string from the shrimp you bought; clean up the intestines of the abalone and wash it for later use.

2. Slice the onion and place the garlic cloves on the bottom of the pot.

3. Cut luncheon meat into pieces.

4. Lettuce slices, tofu slices shredded.

5. Cut the celery into sections and place them on top of the onions.

8. Shiitake mushrooms.

9. Luncheon meat, shrimp, abalone.

10. Sprinkle with barbecue sauce and half a can of beer.

11. Cover the pot, turn on the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

13. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Tips:
